2. Enter the temporary PIN 5151
3. Enter a new PIN
4. Record your name
5. Record a greeting or use the system greeting
6. To exit press *

From the phone subscribed to the service:

1. Dial 613-659-5000 or *98
2. If prompted, enter your PIN then #

From a different phone:

1. Dial 613-659-5000
2. Enter your 10 digit home phone number 613-659-_ _ _ _#
3. Enter your PIN and then #
